Words from Local Homeowners

★★★★★
The lime plaster in our dining room feels silky to the touch and has kept the damp air away entirely. Their carpenters scribed the oak bookcases directly to our leaning Victorian walls with pinpoint accuracy.
Alistair B., Richmond, London, GB
★★★★★
Julian and his crew arrived at eight every morning without fail. They isolated the kitchen dust completely, and we settled the milestones via bank transfer only when each section passed inspection.
Helena W., St Albans, GB
★★★★☆
Solid timber flooring laid across the ground floor with zero squeaks even after seasonal temperature shifts. Any minor snagging note was corrected within three days of our walk-through.
Marcus T., Dulwich, London, GB

  3. 3

    Final Snagging & Walk-Through Sign-Off

We inspect every joint and paint line alongside you, resolve any snagging items within thirty days, and clean the rooms for immediate living.

Before you book

How do you calculate quotes for a renovation project?

We carry out a comprehensive on-site survey to assess the substrate, electrical paths, and masonry. We then build an itemised quotation outlining raw materials, joinery hours, and subcontractor fees with zero hidden contingencies.

How do payments work during the project?

We do not take card payments. We operate on a milestone schedule where payments are settled via bank transfer or cash upon completed inspection of each distinct work stage.

What happens if an issue arises after the project is completed?

We provide a 30-day snagging period following final handover. If a door settles or a plaster line requires touch-up, our tradespeople return promptly to resolve it without additional labour charges.

Do you supply the materials or do we buy them?

We supply all core structural materials including our European oak, lime plasters, and mineral paints directly through trade accounts. If you have chosen specific sanitaryware or lighting fittings, we inspect and install them directly.
