We believe in clear, unhurried pricing based on honest time and quality timber. Before picking up a chisel on site, we issue a clear written quotation detailing labour, materials, and waste disposal.

How prices are set

Our prices are calculated after an on-site inspection or detailed review of architectural plans. The written quote covers all specified joinery, fixings, surface prep, and cleanup. Unforeseen structural faults behind walls or under subfloors are brought to your attention immediately and priced as written variations before any extra work begins.

Payment methods

We take cash once the build is finished, or payment by bank transfer against our invoice. No card information is handled through this web address.

Invoicing

We issue PDF invoices at defined project stages for larger works, or upon final client walk-through for single joinery installations. Each invoice states our business details, itemised works completed, and bank transfer payment instructions. We do not accept card payments, card terminals, or online card payment links.

Deposits and materials

For custom cabinetry and timber fabrication, we request a material commitment deposit of 25% to 30% prior to ordering timber and scheduling workshop bench time. The remaining balance is payable upon practical completion and final walk-through.

Late payment

Invoices are due within seven calendar days of issue. In the event of overdue settlement beyond fourteen days, we reserve the right to pause ongoing site operations and apply statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
