Cancellation & Refund Policy

We plan workshop cutting time and site attendance weeks in advance. If your schedule changes, let us know as early as possible so we can adjust our workshop bench calendar.

Section · 01

Cancellation window

Notify us by phone or email up to 48 hours before our arrival and you owe nothing. If you call off later, we may bill only for specialty supplies already purchased for your rooms, as set out in your initial paperwork.

Rescheduling

Adjusting your appointment carries no penalty. We provide our next open calendar opening within one working day.

Section · 03

Circumstances where repayment applies

You receive full repayment if we withdraw from the contract, if we are unable to carry out the agreed schedule, or if the finished craftsmanship fails to align with the quote and we cannot set it right in good time.

  • Full return of survey or prep fees if you cancel at least 48 hours before an agreed site visit.
  • Workshop deposits for raw materials already ordered or machined are non-refundable once milling has begun, but any unused balance will be returned.
  • If we must cancel or reschedule a site visit due to unforeseen workshop equipment failure or illness, we will reschedule at your earliest convenience or promptly return unspent funds.

Requesting your funds back

  1. Send an email to our workshop address or call our office number directly.
  2. Provide your project reference number and the address of the property.
  3. We will confirm receipt in writing within one working day and calculate any eligible refund.

Timeline

Approved refunds are transferred back to your nominated bank account via standard BACS transfer within five working days.
